To comply with current Australian legislation standards AS 2550.9:2024, all vehicle hoists are subject to regular inspections?

It is a requirement that inspections are carried out in 3 month intervals and a comprehensive inspection to be conducted every 12 months. In addition, once your hoist has reached 10 years (then again at 20 and 25 years), a Major Inspection to the manufacturer’s specification becomes compulsory.
