Parts Sales Trading Terms & Conditions

1.0    Definitions

1.1 “Company” refers to General Services Group Pty Ltd.
1.2 “Customer” refers to the entity purchasing parts or services from the Company.
1.3 “Products/Services” refers to all products or services sold by the Company.
1.4 “Order” refers to the Customer’s request for Products/Services.

2.0    Order Acceptance

2.1 All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse any Order without providing a reason.

3.0    Pricing

3.1 Prices are as per the Company’s current price list or written quotation at the time of Order placement.
3.2 Prices may change without prior notice.
3.3 All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4.0    Payment Terms

4.1 Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
4.2 If no payment terms are agreed, payment is COD (account customers: 30 days EOM).
4.3 The Company may charge interest on overdue invoices at 2 % per month.

5.0    Delivery

5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary with availability and location.
5.2 The Company is not liable for delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control.
5.3 Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
5.4 Delivery charges apply at the Company’s standard rates unless otherwise agreed.

6.0    Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to the Company’s return policy.
6.2 Returned Products must be in original packaging and condition.
6.3 The Company may refuse returns or charge a restocking fee of up to 20 % of the purchase price.
6.4 Special-order or custom items are non-returnable.

7.0    Warranty

7.1 Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
7.2 The Company’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of faulty Products or a refund of the purchase price.
7.3 No additional warranties are provided beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

8.0    Liability

8.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products/Services.
8.2 The Company’s total liability is limited to the cost of the Products/Services purchased.

9.0    Governing Law

9.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law.
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

10.0   Amendments

10.1 The Company may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
